  • 🍩 Churro Cart: Fresh churros served with chocolate, cajeta, Nutella, condensed milk, and whipped cream.

  • 🌽 Elote Cart: Mexican street corn (cup or cob) with butter, mayonnaise, Tajín, Adrian’s chile, Hot Cheetos, and cotija cheese.

  • 🍧 Paleta Cart: Up to 8 flavors (mango, strawberry, cantaloupe, watermelon, lime, coconut, pineapple, and a tequila-infused option).

  • 🍉 Fruit Cart: Seasonal fruit (melon, watermelon, pineapple, cucumber) with chamoy, Tajín, lime, and Adrian’s chile.

  • 🍌 Fried Plantain Cart: Sweet fried plantains topped with cinnamon, condensed milk, and whipped cream.

Also Included: Plates, napkins, and plasticware.
Service: Setup 30–45 minutes before serving time , ‼️SERVING TIME STARTS AFTER SET UP‼️ up to 3 hours of serving time , and basic area cleanup.
